    • Teaching many choirs at home and abroad with special emphasis on rain forest singing

  • 1994   With Martin Cradick created and administered "Global music Exchange" (GME), a charity which returns royalties to indigenous people
  • 2000 to present   Founded and directed Walcot State Choir, a community choir with 3 performances yearly
  • 2002 to present   Singing and music advisor for Jenny Mosley's Circle Time Consultancy
  • 2005 and 2006   Set up festival of traditional music and dance in S. Ethiopia
  • 2010   Set up GME festival of traditional music and dance in Limbe, Cameroon 2010
